Side Steering Mount Kit Ducati Panigale V4 2025 by Melotti Racing

Description

This racing kit allows you to mount the steering shock absorber in the side position on the Ducati Panigale V4 (2025-).
Developed for stock regulations (standard cycling), the kit consists of two elements:
-Aluminium alloy bracket, obtained from the full with CNC machines and treated with black anodic oxidation (for shock absorbing body fixing on lower steering plate)
-Prisoner and washer (for fixing shock absorber on frame)

The bracket, mounted on the lower steering plate, also has the support function for the head of the front strain gauge, thus avoiding the addition of an additional collar.

Why side?
The use of the side steering shock absorber is a real “obligation” on racing bikes, the plumbing response is in fact faster, smoother and more progressive.
These advantages are given by the lateral position, physically more correct to react to the flaps of the adversary, and by the greater stroke of the shock absorber itself: with the same oscillation of the steering during the debut, the shock absorber in the side position has in fact much more useful stroke to counteract the abrupt movement than the one mounted transversely.
