The information you provide us will remain confidential and will only be used for shipping and billing purposes.

For additional security, we process your payment and order information on machines that are not on the Internet. After your transaction is complete, we safely discard your credit card information.

GP Racing Store accepts Visa, MasterCard and cashier’s check. After filling up our online checkout form, an invoice number will be generated and an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. At shipment a payment receipt will be sent to you with the merchandise. Please keep this payment receipt for reference in case of exchange or refund. The order confirmation that is provided online at the time of your order does not serve as your official receipt. The official receipt is the payment receipt that is mailed to you with the merchandise.
Sales Tax Information:
Due to the location of our stores, we are required by law to collect applicable tax on all shipments to California. We use California’s highest 8.25% tax for this purpose, however if you live in a different tax zone in CA, please let us know prior to the purchase. No tax will be added to orders that ship to addresses outside of California. If applicable, the appropriate tax will be automatically added to your order total.
Product Quality Guarantee
We guarantee all merchandise to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If a problem occurs, we will revalue or replace the item at our option and to your satisfaction. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse damage. Shipping Options & Charges:
We will begin processing your orders immediately upon receipt. We will ship your order within the same business days of your order date, if placed by 2: 00 PM Pacific time. In Drop-ship cases, items will ship within 1-2 days. If there are any delays, we will contact you immediately, either by email or by phone. We ship UPS/FedEx Standard Ground as well as Next Day Air, 2ND Day Air and 3Day Express within the continental U.S. We also provide International shipping Via Express services. Your order Shipping charges for the various delivery options are as calculated by the shipping companies mentioned above, using their daily live updated charts.
There will be an exception made for military personals that are stationed out of the country and are using A.P.O addresses to have their items shipped via USPS.
We will email you a tracking number for the shipping of your products to the same email address used in your order form.
Gutsy Performance is proud to offer a “no hassle” return/exchange policy as part of our goal of 100% customer satisfaction. There are however a few rules that need to be followed: A RA# (RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE OBTAINED FROM GP RACING – Gutsy Performance prior to returning any item.
Defective Product or Wrong Product Shipped:
If the product you receive is broken, or is not the product you ordered, GP Racing will accept it for an exchange as well as pay the return shipping to get the product back to us, and then get the correct or functioning product back to you.
Product no longer wanted:
If within 30 days of receipt of the products you purchased from GP Racing you are not totally happy with your purchase, you can send the product (in unused, like new condition) back to GP Racing for a an exchange or full refund with the following exceptions:
Products that can only be exchanged for exact replacement:
Electronic equipment or products – This is due to safety issues
Hazardous materials (Oil, chemicals, etc.)
Media of any type (printed books and manuals, microfiche/microfilm, videotapes, CD’s, DVD’s, software, and other electronic media) – This is due to copyright issues
Helmets- Because of the important safety considerations with helmets, helmets can only be exchanged for an exact replacement and only if there is a manufacturer defect. Returns on helmets will not be accepted for size/fit/comfort reasons. Please be sure of your exact size and comfort considerations before ordering any helmet.
Products that are in new unused condition and older than 30 days from the date of purchase will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Damaged articles or parts that exhibit obvious signs of excessive use or abuse will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
An Item that has been used, or that was not in stock and “special ordered” for you is non- returnable/non-refundable. We generally will not accept items that were used, however, we will assess on a case by case basis the circumstances. If we decide to accept the return, we will issue a refund of 80% of its price.
You must include the Attention Returns as well as include the invoice number / ticket number from the invoice that came with your product shipment on the address label as well as write it on the top and sides of the box you are returning the product in.
Returns that are not properly addressed and labeled risk being subjected to excessive delays in return/exchange processing.
We recommend shipping via a reputable shipping company that can provide tracking information and insurance. The customer is responsible for the products until they are received by GP Racing, so we recommend you have adequate insurance on your shipment to cover the cost of the products if they are lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that returns may take 3-5 days to process once we receive your return.
